What is your jewellery made of ?
All our jewelry are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).
This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold plating, making our jewelry 100% waterproof!
Can i change my order?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us at contactposhbabestore@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Please kindly note that as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch we may not be able to accommodate your request.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide Pre-paid Delivery services. We use Shiprocket as logistics. We currently do not accept international orders online. If you want to place any international orders please mail us at contactposhbabestore@gmail.com
What is your return policy?
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with quality within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied with the bill.
​We would like to highlight that purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
In the event of an exchange ( including sizing issues as well ), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item.
Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will NOT be refunded. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Poshbabestore Jewellery has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
